1. The Service

COUNSELO Tools offers free online assessments and calculators, such as an AI maturity profile, AI readiness checks, an AI ROI estimator, an AI project feasibility checker, and an AI governance risk checker. They produce scores, classifications, and recommendations from the answers and figures you provide.

2. Who may use it

The Service is intended for business use by people aged 18 or over. If you use it for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so and to share the information you submit.

3. Results are informational only

Results are preliminary, are based entirely on information you provide, and rely on simplified models and assumptions. They are for general information and discussion only. They are not legal, regulatory, financial, tax, security, or other professional advice, a compliance audit, or a guarantee of any outcome. Estimates such as ROI and payback depend on your inputs and may differ materially from actual results. You are responsible for decisions you make using the results.

4. Your information

You agree to provide accurate information and not to submit anything you do not have the right to share. Please do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential secrets. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information you submit.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully, or to infringe anyone's rights;
• submit false, misleading, or another person's contact details without their permission;
• scrape, copy at scale, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying questions, scoring logic, or source code, except as allowed by law;
• interfere with, overload, probe, or attempt to bypass the security of the Service;
• use the Service or its output to build a competing product or to resell it without our written consent.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, questions, scoring models, reports, logos, and software, belongs to SUF Consulting or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service and to keep and use your own results for your internal business purposes. All other rights are reserved. You keep ownership of the information you submit and grant us a license to use it to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Marketing communications

We send marketing communications only if you choose Yes to the marketing question on the lead form. You can unsubscribe at any time. Service-related messages, such as delivering your results, are not marketing.

8. Third-party links

The Service links to third-party sites, including sufconsulting.com. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites or their content.

9. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, or update the questions, scoring, and results, at any time, without notice or liability. We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SUF Consulting and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service or reliance on its results. Because the Service is free, our total liability for any claim relating to it will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100), where the law allows such a limit. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify SUF Consulting against claims, losses, and costs arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to SUF Consulting Inc. in its jurisdiction of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where the law of your country gives you mandatory rights to bring claims elsewhere.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
